This eWallet & Reward Points Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the usage of eWallet credits and reward points provided to Vidya Card members on www.vidyacard.com. By using these benefits, members agree to the terms stated below.

1. eWallet Policy

1.1 eWallet Activation & Crediting

• eWallet credits are issued to members as part of promotions, referrals, or special rewards.
• All new members receive their eWallet amount within 24 hours of membership activation.
• The credited amount will be visible under the member’s account on www.vidyacard.com.

1.2 Usage of eWallet Credits

• eWallet credits can be used to purchase courses, services, or digital products available on the Vidya Card platform.
• eWallet credits cannot be withdrawn or transferred to any bank account, UPI, or third-party platform.
• Members must use their eWallet balance before its expiration, as unused amounts will not be carried forward.

1.3 Expiry & Validity

• eWallet credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance unless otherwise mentioned.
• Any unused credits after the validity period will automatically expire.

1.4 Refund & Cancellation

• eWallet credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If a course or service purchased using eWallet credits is canceled due to technical issues, the credits will be refunded to the eWallet.

2. Reward Points Policy

2.1 Earning Reward Points

Members can earn reward points through various activities, such as:

• Course enrollments: Earn points when enrolling in premium courses.
• Forum Participation: Contribute to educational discussions and earn points.
• Referral Program: Refer new members and earn additional points.
• Activity-Based Rewards: Points may be issued for special achievements, completing milestones, or contests organized by Vidya Card.

2.2 Redeeming Reward Points

• Reward points can be redeemed for discounts on courses, services, and digital products.
• A minimum balance of 0 is required before redemption.
• Points cannot be converted into cash or transferred to another user.

2.3 Reward Points Expiry & Limitations

• Reward points are valid for 12 months from the date of earning.
• Expired points cannot be reinstated.
• Fraudulent activities or misuse of the reward system may lead to points being revoked and account suspension.

3. General Terms & Conditions

• Ultimate Career reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the eWallet and reward points system at any time.
• Any updates or changes will be communicated through email or website notifications.
• Vidya Card management has the sole discretion in resolving disputes related to eWallet credits and reward points.
