This Partnership & Affiliate Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing partnerships, collaborations, and affiliate programs with Ultimate Career and the Vidya Card initiative. By participating as a partner or affiliate, you agree to comply with this policy and all applicable laws.

1. Definitions

  • "Ultimate Career" refers to the registered business entity operating the Vidya Card platform.
  • "Partner" refers to any individual, business, institution, or organization that collaborates with Ultimate Career for mutual growth and service expansion.
  • "Affiliate" refers to an individual or entity that promotes Vidya Card products or services in exchange for commissions or rewards.
  • "Commission" refers to the payment or reward offered to an affiliate for successful referrals.
  • "Authorized Agents" are individuals or businesses officially approved by Ultimate Career to distribute or promote Vidya Card.

2. Eligibility for Partnership & Affiliate Programs

  • Participation is by invitation or application only and subject to approval by Ultimate Career.
  • Only individuals aged 18 years or older are eligible.
  • Businesses and institutions must provide valid business registration details and tax identification numbers.
  • Applicants must agree to comply with Ultimate Career’s values, mission, and ethical standards.
  • Ultimate Career reserves the right to reject or terminate any partnership or affiliate agreement at its sole discretion.

3. Roles & Responsibilities

A. Partner Responsibilities

  • Partners must promote Vidya Card ethically and avoid misleading claims.
  • Must not misrepresent themselves as employees or legal representatives of Ultimate Career.
  • Must not engage in deceptive marketing tactics, fraud, or spam practices.
  • Partners must maintain confidentiality of any non-public information provided by Ultimate Career.
  • Any partner found in violation of these guidelines will have their agreement terminated immediately.

B. Affiliate Responsibilities

  • Affiliates may promote Vidya Card using their own marketing channels, such as websites, blogs, social media, and direct referrals.
  • Affiliates must disclose their affiliate relationship in compliance with Indian advertising laws.
  • Unauthorized paid advertising, including PPC on competitor keywords, is strictly prohibited.
  • Affiliates are responsible for ensuring compliance with any third-party platform policies (e.g., Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • All promotional content must be approved by Ultimate Career before public release.

4. Commission & Payment Terms

  • Commissions are paid only on valid, completed transactions tracked through Ultimate Career’s official system.
  • Payment will be processed within 30 days of completing a successful sale or referral.
  • Ultimate Career reserves the right to withhold or cancel commissions for fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, or policy violations.
  • All payments are subject to applicable tax deductions as per Indian tax laws.

5. Restrictions & Prohibited Activities

  • Partners & affiliates cannot claim ownership of Vidya Card, Ultimate Career, or its branding.
  • Unauthorized use of Ultimate Career's name, logo, or brand identity without written permission is strictly prohibited.
  • Partners & affiliates cannot register domains, social media pages, or accounts using "Vidya Card" or "Ultimate Career" names.
  • False claims, misleading advertisements, or unethical sales tactics will result in immediate termination.
  • Spamming, misleading job offers, or fake scholarship promotions are strictly prohibited.

6. No Employment or Legal Representation

  • Participation in this program does not establish an employer-employee relationship with Ultimate Career.
  • Partners & affiliates cannot enter into contracts, make commitments, or act as legal representatives on behalf of Ultimate Career.

7. Termination & Suspension

  • Ultimate Career reserves the right to suspend or terminate any partnership or affiliate account at any time if a violation occurs.
  • Termination may occur due to:
    • Fraudulent or unethical activities
    • Misrepresentation of services
    • Breach of contract or policy
    • Violation of Indian laws and regulations
  • In case of termination, all pending commissions or earnings may be forfeited.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes related to this policy will be resolved through mediation first.
  • If unresolved, disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of Telangana, India.

9. Updates to This Policy

  • Ultimate Career reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
