At Ultimate Career, we ensure a smooth and reliable process for delivering Vidya Card and any applicable physical materials. Please read our shipping policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Vidya Card Delivery

    • All applicants will receive a Digital Vidya Card via email within 30 working days from the date of successful payment.
    • The Digital Vidya Card will be sent to the email ID provided during registration. Please ensure the email address is accurate to avoid delivery issues.
    • The Vidya Card is a digital membership card, and it will be delivered electronically to the registered email ID upon successful payment and verification.
    • If you do not receive your Digital Vidya Card within the specified timeframe, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting our support team.
    • In case of incorrect email ID submission or other technical issues, you may request a re-issuance by contacting support@vidyacard.com with your payment receipt and registered details.
    • No refunds will be provided for delays caused by incorrect email entry, system errors, or failure to check emails.

2. Physical Product Shipping (If Applicable)

If any physical materials, books, or merchandise are associated with Vidya Card membership, the following terms apply:

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-7 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping Time: Delivery within India takes 7-14 business days depending on the location.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
  • Tracking Information: If available, tracking details will be shared via email after dispatch.
  • Delays & Exceptions: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government regulations, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Locations

  • We currently only ship within Telangana and Andra Pradesh .
  • Delivery services are available in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
  • If your location is outside our serviceable area, we will notify you in advance.

4. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at [Insert Contact Email] with your order details.
  • We will coordinate with our shipping partners to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
  • Force Majeure: We are not responsible for shipping delays due to natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
  • If a shipment is returned due to incorrect details, reshipping charges will be applicable.
  • If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier service may attempt re-delivery or return the package to us.

6. Refund & Replacement Policy

  • Digital Vidya Cards cannot be canceled or refunded once issued.
  • For physical products, we accept replacement requests for damaged or defective items within 3 days of delivery.
  • Contact our support team at support@vidyacard.com with clear images of the issue for resolution.

7. Lost or Delayed Deliveries

  • If your Digital Vidya Card is not delivered within 30 working days, please contact us at support@vidyacard.com with your order details and payment proof.
  • If a physical product is lost or damaged during transit, we will coordinate with the courier company to resolve the issue. However, Vidya Card is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

8. Incorrect Address or Contact Details

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details, including email ID and phone number.
  • If a digital product fails to reach you due to an incorrect email address, a re-issuance request must be made within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • If a physical product is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges (if applicable) must be paid by the customer.

9. No Cancellation or Refund on Digital Deliveries

  • All sales of Vidya Cards are final. Once the application is processed, no cancellations or refunds will be provided.
  • In case of non-receipt of a digital product within the committed timeframe, support will be provided to resolve the issue, but refunds are not applicable.

 
10. Additional Policy for eBooks & Digital Products

  • Instant Delivery: Upon successful payment, customers will receive an email with a download link for the purchased eBook (PDF) within 24 hours.
  • No Physical Shipment: eBooks are digital-only products, and no physical copies will be shipped.
  • Access & Expiry: The download link will remain active for [specify duration, e.g., 7 days] from the date of purchase. Customers are advised to download and save the file within this period.
  • Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable: Due to the nature of digital products, no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be entertained after purchase.
  • Technical Issues: If you do not receive your eBook within 24 hours, check your spam/junk folder. If the issue persists, contact support@vidyacard.com with your order details.
