2. Payment Security
2.1 Secure Payment Gateway: We use a trusted and secure Razorpay Payment Gateway to process all transactions. All payments are encrypted with SSL and adhere to PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliance, ensuring that your payment details are safe and confidential.
2.2 No Storage of Payment Information: We do not store any sensitive payment information, such as credit card numbers or CVVs. Your payment details are processed directly through the payment gateway, ensuring complete security.
2.3 Authentication & Verification: All payments undergo multi-factor authentication (MFA) where applicable, including OTP verification and 3D Secure checks, to ensure that payments are authorized by the rightful owner of the payment instrument.
3. Payment Confirmation
3.1 Email & SMS Notification: Once the payment is successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation via email and SMS. The confirmation will include details of the transaction, such as the service purchased, amount paid, and transaction ID.
3.2 Invoice Generation: An invoice will be generated and sent to your registered email for every transaction made on the platform. Please retain this invoice for future reference.
4. Subscription-Based Payments (Gold Membership)
4.1 Auto-Renewal of Subscriptions: For users who opt for Gold Membership or other subscription-based services, the membership fee will be automatically deducted at the end of each subscription cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually) unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
4.2 Cancellation of Subscription: You can cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings or by contacting customer support. Cancellation will prevent future charges, but refunds are subject to the refund policy.
5. Late Payment or Failed Transaction
5.1 Failed Payment: In case a payment fails due to insufficient funds, expired payment methods, or technical issues, the user will be notified immediately. Users are required to retry the transaction with a valid payment method.
5.2 Service Suspension for Non-Payment: For services that require ongoing payments (e.g., business listings or training subscriptions), failure to pay within the due date may result in temporary suspension or termination of the service until the outstanding amount is settled.

6.1 Non-Refundable Services: Certain services such as recruitment fees (Mandal Heads, Pincode Heads, Agents), business listings, and training programs are non-refundable once the payment is completed. Users are advised to carefully review the service details before making any payment.
6.2 All payments made through our official website are non-refundable under any circumstances.
6.3 Refundable Services: In cases where services are disrupted due to technical issues, course cancellations, or non-delivery of content, users may be eligible for a refund. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
